Registration

When registering we require that you enter a credit card before the registration is complete. All accounts are eligible for deactivation if username is inappropriate, racist, or malicious. If a user is deactivated the credit card associated with that account will also be deactivated so you can not register another account with that card. We will also require an email for verification of account registration.

Know The Laws

We are an FFL (Federal Firearm License) dealer, so all federal and state firearm laws govern every aspect of these online auctions and any infractions will be immediately reported to local law enforcement agencies and the ATF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives). You must be 18 years old or older to purchase rifles or shotguns and 21 years old or older to purchase a handgun. You must be 18 years old or older to purchase long gun ammunition and 21 years old or older to purchase handgun ammunition. You are responsible for knowing if your state bans a certain type of firearm,ammo,accessory from being shipped to you. If you purchase an item that cannot be shipped to your state, we will put the item(s) up for bid at the next auction, and mail you a check minus the 10% consignment fee. You are responsible for knowing your state and federal firearms laws before bidding.

Bidding

When bidding on an item the top bid is final. If a bid is placed within 10 minutes of the auction ending the auction time left will reset to 10 minutes. You must be registered with a username, email, password, billing address and credit card information. We are not responsible for any errors on your part, such as - spam catchers, computer malfunctions, etc. - stopping any of our emails to you in regard to bid confirmations and outbid notifications – you are responsible for watching any item on which you are high bidder and determining that you are the winner of the auction. We are not responsible for computer malfunctions (Including but not limited Blackouts, Internet outages or slow internet, or Computer Updates) during the auctions. We reserve the right to resume, restart or extend an interrupted auction. All sales are final.

User’s Responsibility

You are responsible for reading the description and viewing the images of the items up for bids. We will highlight any damages to the item with our description and our images. You are responsible for asking questions about the item or auction before bidding to ensure you are getting what you expect. We sell the products as is and we do not allow any inspection of the product at any time. We do not test fire each gun and therefore can not guarantee that they will function correctly. Any paid auction items not picked up within 6 months after the auction has ended, will be put up for bid in the next auction and a check will be issued to the owner with a 10% consignment fee deducted.

Pickup/Shipping

Winners will have an option to pick the item in store at 14855 North State Ave. Middlefield, OH 44062, or have the item shipped to a local FFL(Federal Firearm License) store after they send us confirmation of a current and signed FFL; Which can be faxed, emailed, or mailed to us. We do not ship outside of the United States of America. We are not responsible for any damages during the shipping processes of your package after it leaves our store. Auction winners are responsible for all shipping costs.
